    • Prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS), Nigerian Naira (NGN), and US Dollars (USD), depending on your location or the currency you select at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  3. Product Availability
    We maintain a consistent stock of all products listed on our website. In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable for some reason, we will notify you promptly and provide options to proceed with your order.

  4. Wholesale Customization
    We offer customization of products for wholesale orders. If you are purchasing in bulk, please contact us directly to discuss customization options such as scent, size, or packaging tailored to your business needs. Customization requests will be considered based on the availability of materials and production capacity.

  5. Shipping and Delivery

    • We ship products via trusted third-party delivery partners. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions or courier delays.
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the items in your order.

  6. Returns and Refunds

    • If you cancel the contract with us within 7 days of receiving your product, you are entitled to a full refund. In this case, we will process your refund within 30 days from the date we receive notice of cancellation. The refund will include the full price of the product and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
    • If the product is defective or damaged, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs and refund the full price of the product and any applicable delivery charges. In most cases, you will be notified via email of your refund entitlement, and your refund will be processed within 30 days from that confirmation.
    • If you return a product for reasons other than cancellation or defects (e.g., dissatisfaction with the product), we will examine the returned product and notify you of your eligibility for a refund via email. Refunds are typically processed within 30 days of the confirmation email.
    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you originally used for the purchase. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed.
    • For customized or wholesale orders, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective. Please ensure all customization details are confirmed before placing your order.

  7. Order Cancellation
