1. Safe and Harassment-Free Workplace
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and harassment-free workplace for all employees. Discrimination or harassment based on gender, age, religion, or background is strictly prohibited. We provide a safe and secure work environment where employees can perform at their best without inhibition. Our Policy against Sexual Harassment at the Workplace includes awareness programs, grievance mechanisms, and strict disciplinary measures for any proven misconduct.
3. Diversity and Inclusion
We are committed to equal opportunity and inclusivity across all practices. Our workplace culture promotes fairness, meritocracy, continuous learning, and mutual respect. Robust grievance procedures and a strong Code of Conduct support these principles.
4. Freedom of Expression
Employees are encouraged to express their views responsibly and constructively. While we value open communication, it must be free from offensive or discriminatory language, and employees are expected to uphold the Company’s reputation in all communications.
5. Freedom from Child and Forced Labour
We have zero tolerance for child or forced labour in any part of our operations. We proactively monitor and ensure that such practices are never present within our company or supply chain.
6. Human Rights in Company Agreements
All vendor and partner agreements include mandatory compliance with labour and human rights standards. This Policy is reviewed annually to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness.
